Today I danced in the rain

And met the guy of my dreams

But I’m just kidding

It didn’t happen that way

It didn’t rain

It poured

I found Mr. Right

But he was just a prank

I was stabbed in the back by a friend

And had my heart ripped out

I was left there to die

As my future walked away

But I refused to give up
And let life pass
Instead I'll wait for the rain to stop
